the equity in your home. Most equity release schemes operate so that an agreed amount of interest is payable for the amount released, which if often quite a bit higher than standard mortgage interest
rates. This is due to the fact that there is no certainty for the Lender when the money will be repaid.
Release EquityThe equity release company will usually place a cap on the amount that is repayable to them, either on the sale of the property or if you need to go into a nursing home or upon your death. We appreciate that this is a very sensitive matter and as such we are happy to provide provisional advice relating to Equity Release matters.
