Our Aim
Preuveneers & Co was established in 1978 and has become a part of the local landscape. We revamped our management structure in 2004 when we upgraded to an LLP. We are a young and dynamic team and we pride ourselves on being down to earth, so that our clients feel that they can talk to us with confidence and without any pretence.
Our aim is to take the legal jargon and the headache out of your legal case, so that you can understand your matter in straight forward English and know exactly what is happening with your matter. We will explain all of the options available to you and provide you with our legal opinion to guide you through your case.
We will not advise you to spend thousands of pounds on a legal claim when we don't honestly believe you have a strong case. We promise to give you honest, logical and straight forward advice that you can rely on.
As a Firm, we have adopted St Raphael's as our charity and do a fair amount of pro-bono work to raise money for this charity as we believe in helping the local community. We take pride in the community work we do as well as the extra effort we put in to looking after our team, as they form part of our community, which we care for.
We like to think that we are a Law Firm with a fresh attitude to legal work which is both efficient and logical, which is a change to the usual way of doing business.
We openly embrace change and IT as we know this is the only way to succeed in today's world. For this reason we have a Case Management System specially tailored to allow our clients to have access to their case at any time, in the comfort of their own homes via the internet. As we are willing to adapt to change we are able to evolve and grow as a stronger and modern law firm and provide a more tailored and individual service to each client.
Today, Preuveneers LLP is a modern Law Firm, which provides excellent Client standards, which is why we hold the Lexcel Quality Kite mark awarded by The Law Society, to a handful of firms only.
We have also been granted the prestigious Investor in People award as we take the time to Invest in our staff and their careers.
We also hold the Resolution accreditation. This is an accreditation which requires our Family Department to adhere to high Standards which are over and above this set by The Law Society.
Our aim is to ensure you receive the service that you wish for so that you can rely on us for years to come and entrust us with your friends and family, with the confidence that we will take care of them.
