Preuveneers LLP regard their team as their most valuable assets, who are fierce but friendly. Our Solicitors and staff are handpicked through thousands of applications and are specialists in their fields. We provide legal advice to diplomatically resolve issues wherever possible, although are not afraid to put the boxing gloves on. Our team is reliable and dependable and will treat you with respect. We appreciate many clients are not comfortable dealing with legal matters and we will do all we can to ensure you have a pain free and friendly service. Kelly Anne Cirillo - LLB (Hons) Solicitor & Managing Partner & Designated Member
Kelly joined Preuveneers & Co on work experience at the young age of 14. After completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course she joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor. She then became an Assistant
Solicitor and in October 2004 became an equal equity Partner in the firm when it restructured as Preuveneers LLP.
Kelly has experience in all types of property transactions and is joint Head of the property law solicitors department as well as Head of the Probate Department. She has extensive experience in Shared Ownership Transactions,
New Build Developments, Option Agreements, Licensing Applications and Commercial Leases.
Kelly is currently the Training Partner and has now successfully trained two Solicitors who we are delighted to say have stayed with our Firm after qualification. Kelly is on to her third trainee and
hopes to achieve the same standards.
In her spare time, Kelly runs around her little boy Joseph who is currently employed as a part time Terror machine in the office!
Satbir Kaur Sethi - LLB (Hons) Solicitor & Managing Partner & Designated Member - Advocate
with Higher Rights of Audience & Notary Public for England and Wales
Satbir began her career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer which is a Magic Circle Law firm based in the City. She joined Preuveneers LLP in 2005 and was made a Partner in 2006. She later became an equal
equity Partner with Kelly in 2008. Satbir loves to study! She is a qualified Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience which gives her the right to represent her clients in any Court in England and Wales.
She also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Notarial Services at Cambridge University and is now a fully fledged Notary Public.
Satbir has extensive experience in Notarial Services and is joint Head of the Property Department as well as Head of the Notary Department. She also deals with Matrimonial and Family matters as well as
litigation matters. Satbir is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, some Guajarati and sign language.
In her spare time, Satbir loves to cook and tends to spoil everyone with a big lunch so that staff want nothing more than to take a nap on a full tummy!
Aaron O'Malley - Solicitor & Associate Member & Crawley Branch Manager
Aaron joined Preuveneers LLP as a Trainee in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2008. He was made a Partner in 2009 and is now Head of the Family and Matrimonial Department as well as Head of
the Immigration department. Aaron can also advise clients on Private Client issues, such as contentious Probate and has had experience with Civil Litigation.
Aaron experienced the commercial world first hand where he managed a public house and had some interesting legal experience including working for the Government legal service at HM Revenue and Customs.
In his spare time, Aaron likes to ski, mountain bike and play golf - though obviously not at the same time!
Julia Stygal - Assistant Solicitor
Julia joined Preuveneers LLP in 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2010. Julia took the scenic route to law as she travelled around the world (not once but twice) before
deciding to become a solicitor. She studied part time whilst working full time in a well known Law Firm based in Surrey. Julia specialises in Wills & Probate, particularly complicated Trust Matters
relating to probate as well as Residential Conveyancing. She also revamped the firms Wills Department and now takes pride in managing the same. Julia is also studying to complete her training of STEPS,
in order to specialise in Probate matters. Julia arranged for the Firm to adopt the charity, St Raphael's and she undertakes pro-bono work to raise donations for this charity. In her spare time, Julia
is an avid fan of reality TV although she wouldn't want to be in a reality TV show herself!
Joanna Pashley - Trainee Solicitor
Jo joined Preuveneers in 2008 having recently completed the Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law. Jo was both the receptionist and assistant to Aaron O'Malley in the Crawley Branch. Jo attended
the University of Portsmouth where she studied LLB Law and European Studies and during term breaks worked for a local firm of solicitors back in her home town. Prior to attending university Jo worked
in the notification of death department for Equinity, who handle the shareholdings for many different companies.
Recently Jo was promoted to a Trainee solicitor and is now getting into the real nitty gritty and hopes to qualify as a fully fledged Solicitor in 2012.
In her spare time, Jo enjoys attending salsa classes and sailing and is hoping to one day qualify as a day skipper.
Kevin Beach - LLB FCIArb Solicitor & Notary Public & Chartered Arbitrator - Consultant
Kevin became a solicitor in 1976 and was senior partner in a Croydon firm for nearly 20 years. As well as dealing with private clients, he undertakes litigation and commercial work.
As a Chartered Arbitrator, disputes are referred to him by outside bodies such as the Law Society and the International Dispute Resolution Centre. Since 1993 Kevin has been a Deputy District Judge.
For 35 years, Kevin sang second bass with the Philharmonia Chorus in major concerts at home and abroad. Nowadays, by overwhelming popular demand, he restricts his singing to the bathroom.
In his spare time he and his partner run round their two young, very affectionate, very intelligent but very boisterous Northern Inuit dogs, who have taken over their lives in ways that he never imagined
possible!
Amanda Willis – Legal Assistant to Kelly Cirillo
Amanda started her career in a Local firm in 1984 and moved to Preuveneers in 2001 and has been here ever since. She has become an integral part of the team and is currently assigned to Kelly Cirillo
who could not cope without her dealing with residential conveyancing with focus on shared ownership matters.
In her spare time, Amanda loves to shop and is known for her matching shoes and accessories!
Gwen Paxton – Legal Assistant to Satbir Sethi
Gwen started in the legal profession in 1967 starting off as an outdoor clerk attending courts and prisons on a daily basis, but has now been settled at Preuveneers for the last 10 years and has become
a pillar for the firm and is currently working for the delighted Mrs Satbir Sethi as her Assistant in Conveyancing and Notary work.
In her Spare time, Gwen enjoys a healthy social life and is always entertaining friends at home. She also gets great enjoyment from looking after her little Granddaughter whenever she can.
Dominique Harper – Receptionist & Legal Secretary
Dominique joined Preuveneers LLP in 2006 after completing her legal secretaries' course. Having worked in several places in the West End and travelling around the Far East and Australia we finally managed
to make her settle down. Dominique's first role was as a receptionist and today is a Legal Administration Assistant dealing with all types of completion work. She has become a vital cog in the firms administrative
running, as without her we would be in chaos.
In her spare time, Dominique enjoys 'fine wines and dining' and loves socialising with friends and family!
Kay Leake – Receptionist & Legal Secretary
Kay joined Preuveneers LLP in 2010 after working as a legal secretary for the last 13 years in other Law firms, gaining experience in different areas of law including Litigation and Conveyancing. Kay
has become a housemother for the Crawley Branch and looks after the whole team.
In her spare time, Kay enjoys travelling, reading, socialising and relaxing at home with her pet cats, although when the grandsons appear any possibility of relaxing is forgotten and the fun begins!
Faz Haque – Accounts Manager
Faz joined Preuveneers in 2001 as a Trainee Accounts Assistant. Over the years Faz has progressed to Accounts Manager and is responsible for the company's finances. Faz has become an integral part of
the team as without him we wouldn't get paid!
In his spare time Faz is a fanatical Liverpool FC supporter and if his team does not perform well, we know to beware as he bites!
Kim Fryer – House keeper
Kim started her career in 1975 as an outdoor clerk and receptionist. She joined Preuveneers in 2007 and looks after the whole office as well as the banking, post and is also the firms' personal shopper.
Kim makes sure that the offices and staff are all up to scratch and keeps us all in order!
In her spare time, Kim has a huge family and a menagerie of animals which she has to keep in order as well!
