Completed my first house purchase with Satbir and team. Was not sure what to expect, but I think she was reasonably thorough and looked out for my interests. Quite responsive and would usually respond to my queries within a day or two. The only reason for 4 stars is the time it took for completion - around 17 weeks - fully acknowledge that this is not entirely in anyone's control - so no complaints really. Happy overall.
