SATBIR KAUR SETHI

Satbir began her career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer which is a Magic Circle Law firm based in the City. She qualified on 1st March 2004 and joined Preuveneers LLP in 2005 and was made a Partner in 2006.. She later became an equal equity Partner with Kelly in 2008. Satbir loves to study! She is a qualified Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience, which gives her the right to represent clients in any Court in England and Wales. She also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Notarial Services at Cambridge University and has been a qualified Notary Public since 2007. Satbir has experience in all fields of matrimonial and family matters, children issues in private law Children Act disputes including Residence Application, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Parental Responsibility and Contact Applications. Satbir also deals with divorce and financial matters and has plenty of experience in settling matters out of court. Satbir tries to promote a non-confrontational approach to family disputes and believes in reaching agreements in a fair, reasonable and cost effective manner. However, if this approach doesn’t work then she is not afraid to pursue a more robust approach. Satbir has extensive experience in Notarial Services and is Head of the Notary Department and Head of the Family Department. Satbir is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, some Guajarati and sign language.

HEAD OF PROBATE

KELLY ANNE CIRILLO

Kelly joined Preuveneers & Co on work experience at the age of 14. After completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course she joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2001. She qualified at the young age of 23 in 2003 and a year after became a joint equity owner and Partner of the new Preuveneers LLP which formed in 2004. Kelly welcomed Satbir as a Partner in 2008.

Kelly has extensive experience in many areas of law however specialises in Property Transactions and Wills & Probate and has over 20 years experience. Kelly has helped thousands of families and individuals since she qualified.

She is the Senior Partner and Head of the Property Department and Head of the Wills & Probate Department. As well as being the COLP and COFA for the Firm.

She has extensive experience in Shared Ownership Transactions and Residential Property Transactions. Kelly’s key area is assisting Developers in obtaining land for development and seeing the matter through to end sales. She regularly advises on Options and Pre-Emption Agreements and understands the intricacies of converting land into residential sales and the work needed to achieve this.

Kelly regularly advises on Probate, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and is adapt in giving advice to our Elderly Clients ensuring that they understand the legal jargon while being understanding of their needs.

Kelly is currently the Training Partner and Supervisor if the Property Department and Wills & Probate Department. She ensures our Trainees enjoy long careers with Preuveneers.
Outside of work Kelly is married with two young children.

MEERA NADARAJAH

  • LLB (HONS) TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Meera joined Preuveneers LLP on a 2 week work experience placement at the age of 14, which had a profound effect on her and led to her choosing a career in Law. Meera completed her Undergraduate Law degree in 2019 at Middlesex University. Soon after she completed her Master’s degree and her Legal Practice Course at University of Law in 2020. Meera then joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal and has since progressed to a Trainee Solicitor and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor in 2024.

 

Meera is knowledgeable and personable and is able to explain complex matters in a straightforward manner, putting clients at ease. Meera has obtained specialist training in Conveyancing, Matrimonial law, Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Meera enjoys preparing wills and has excellent skills in drafting complex wills setting out her clients instructions. We look forward to watching her progress and grow as she is brilliant in the field of Law. Meera is fluent in Tamil. Outside of work, Meera enjoys baking, socialising and is an amazing interior decorator as well.

ROBINSON GNANAPRAGASAM

  • ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Robin joined Preuveneers in 2010 as a Accounts Assistant. He was promoted in 2016 to the Accounts Manager and he is responsible for the Company’s accounts and finances. He is an integral part of the team and is a trusted member who has shown real team spirit. He is happy to go out of his way to help everyone and the team know that they can always rely on him.

AMANDA WILLIS

  • LEGAL ASSISTANT TO KELLY CIRILLO

Amanda started her career in a Local firm in 1984 and moved to Preuveneers in 2001 and has been here ever since. She has become an integral part of the team and is currently assigned to Kelly Cirillo who could not cope without her assisting with residential conveyancing with focus on shared ownership matters. In her spare time, Amanda loves to shop and is known for her matching shoes and accessories!

GWEN PAXTON

  • LEGAL ASSISTANT TO SATBIR SETHI

Gwen started in the legal profession in 1967 starting off as an outdoor clerk attending courts and prisons on a daily basis and has been settled at Preuveneers since 2001, making her the longest serving member of staff and has become a pillar for the firm and is currently working for Mrs Satbir Sethi as her Assistant in the Family Department and Notary work. In her Spare time, Gwen enjoys a healthy social life and is always entertaining friends at home. She also gets great enjoyment from looking after her little Granddaughter whenever she can.

CAROL HOLCOMBE

  • LEGAL SECRETARY

Carol joined the team in 2015 as a Legal Secretary. She has gained a vast amount of experience whilst training and learning in her new role. Carol is assigned to the Probate department and is well versed in dealing with clients who are grieving and she offers a comforting shoulder to those who need it. Carol is a people person and enjoys the company of those around her. Carols confidence has grown enormously whilst being a valued member of the team.

SAM COOKE

  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Sam joined the firm in 2013 and has become a reliable member of staff. Being a technologically advanced firm, the file opening procedure can be quite difficult and time consuming. Sam manages this process comfortably and is known for her attention to detail. Sam started this role with little experience but with training and time she has evolved into a confident team player. Sam enjoys her work life balance and brings happiness to all those around her.
